Vaccinations help keep your pet healthy

Vaccinations help to protect your pet from common illnesses that could have devastating consequences.

Dog Vaccinations

  • Rabies Vaccination

    • Rabies Vaccination protects against the rabies virus, which is fatal to warm-blooded animals.

    • 1st vaccination protects for one year; booster vaccinations are to be completed every three years.

    • Rabies Vaccination is required by law.

  • Distemper Vaccination

    • This vaccination protects against five diseases. Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza and Parvovirus.

    • Distemper Vaccination needs to be updated annually.

  • Lyme Disease Vaccination (Highly Recommended)

    • Ticks carry Lyme Disease, and it can be prevented by this annual vaccination.

  • Bordetella “Kennel Cough” Vaccination (Optional)

    • Kennel Cough is a highly contagious upper respiratory infection. Many Pet Day Cares, Boarding Facilities, and Groomers require this vaccination to be done 10 - 14 days before visiting their facility.

    • This vaccination is given annually.

Cat Vaccinations

  • Feline Distemper Vaccination

    • Feline Distemper Vaccination protects against feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia.

    • The Feline Distemper Vaccination needs to be updated annually.

  • Feline Leukemia (Optional)

    • The Feline Leukemia Vaccination protects your cat from a viral infection that is transmitted through close contact.
